Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love every item you purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of the delivery date.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
- All original tags must be attached.
- Please include the original packaging whenever possible.
- A proof of purchase receipt is required.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the health, hygiene, and safety of all our customers, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival:

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details of the item you wish to return or exchange.
- Get Authorization: Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number. Do not ship your return without this number.
- Package Securely: Securely pack the item, preferably in its original packaging.
- Ship Your Return: Mail your return to the address provided in your authorization email. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
- For exchanges, we will cover the shipping costs to send your new item to you.
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will apologize for the error and arrange a prepaid return label for you, and expedite a replacement or full refund.
International Returns (Outside the U.S.)
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the international customer.
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid any customs fees.
- Refunds will be issued in US Dollars (USD). Your financial institution determines the exchange rate, which may affect the final amount credited.
